Real estate members are companies that develop/manage retail destinations such as malls and shopping centres. Real Estate members are not required to contribute in to corpus fund of the association.

To be eligible you should:

• Be a real estate developer
• Be registered under Goods and Services Tax (GST)/PF/ESI, etc.

MEMBERSHIP FEE: Turnover less than 20 crores - One time Entry Fee: Rs.1,00,000 + Rs.25,000 Annual Fee
